Chronic pain affects millions of patients every year. Our mission is to help patients manage their chronic pain. I have spent the last several years managing chronic pain and I love my patients.

Chronic pain management is ever changing and requires a multidisciplinary plan utilizing over-the-counter medications, rubs, rest, heat/ice, interventional techniques, behavioral therapies and prescription medications. The cycle of chronic pain affects every part of a patient’s life. And we strive to help every patient achieve their best self because living with chronic pain drains a person’s energy making it difficult to stay active and enjoy life. Staying active and exercising is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Each individual patient is examined and a thorough history taken before an individualized treatment plan is established. Treatment plans will include traditional medical options as well as alternative treatments including chiropractic care, yoga, exercise or herbal remedies. Psychological treatments typically help relieve pain by helping patients cope with chronic pain through mindful meditation and cognitive behavioral therapy. Psychological methods may also include hypnosis and individual counseling.
